同社では、クライアント企業の業務効率化やDX推進を支援するため、Salesforceを活用したシステム導入・構築プロジェクトを多数手掛けています。近年、Salesforceの導入ニーズが急速に高まると同時に、Salesforce社と弊社のパートナーシップが強固なものとなってきつつある今、プロジェクト数が増加しているため、新たにSalesforce構築エンジニアを募集することとなりました。
特にAIエージェントであるAgentforceの構築～導入に力を入れており、最先端の技術に触れることが可能です。
【業務内容】
SalesforceやAgentforceの導入エンジニア業務、コンサルティング業務をお任せし、多種多様な企業に対し、最適なソリューションを提案する業務をしていただきます。同社の社員とチームを組んでプロジェクトに入ってもらいますので、チームワークを駆使しながら、マネジメントにも関わっていただきます。
・Salesforceプラットフォームを用いたカスタム開発、アプリケーション設計
・特に、AgentforceやEinsteinを使用した業務フローの構築
・Salesforceの標準機能(承認プロセス・フローなど)を用いたワークフロー構築
・Apex、Visualforce、Lightningコンポーネントを使用した機能開発
・Salesforceの運用保守およびトラブルシューティング
・最新技術やSalesforceの新機能を活用したシステム改善提案
・他システムとの連携(API開発、データ統合)

The company is involved in many system implementation and construction projects using Salesforce to support client companies in improving business efficiency and promoting digital transformation. In recent years, the need for Salesforce implementation has rapidly increased, and at the same time, their partnership with Salesforce is becoming stronger, so the number of projects is increasing, and they are now recruiting a new Salesforce construction engineer.
They are particularly focused on the construction and implementation of Agentforce, an AI agent, so you will be exposed to cutting-edge technology.
[Job description]
You will be entrusted with Salesforce and Agentforce implementation engineering and consulting work, and will be working to propose optimal solutions to a wide variety of companies. You will be working on projects in teams with employees of the company, so you will be involved in management while making full use of teamwork.
・Custom development and application design using the Salesforce platform
・In particular, building business flows using Agentforce and Einstein
・Building workflows using Salesforce standard functions (approval processes, flows, etc.)
・Function development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
・Salesforce operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
・System improvement proposals using the latest technologies and new Salesforce functions
・Integration with other systems (API development, data integration)
