・グローバルな取引先とのQCDに関わる交渉
・顧客への新製品提案
・顧客からのニーズキャッチ→自社開発テーマアップ
・プレゼン資料作成
・経済性分析
・見積作成 など

[Job Description]
You will be responsible for business development and sales activities for high-performance films used in various next-generation devices, such as advanced displays and sensors. This includes both new customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Negotiations with global clients regarding QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Proposing new products to customers
- Identifying customer needs and feeding them back as internal R&D themes
- Creating presentation materials
- Conducting economic and feasibility analyses
- Preparing quotations |

試用期間 :3ヵ月間
勤務地 :大阪を基本として考えますが、海外勤務の可能性もあります。(USA等)

[Employment Terms and Conditions]
Probation Period: 3 months
Work Location: Primarily based in Osaka, with potential overseas assignments (e.g., USA)
Working Hours:Flexible working hours system (core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM), with a 1-hour break.
For employees based in the United States, core hours are from 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (local time).
Days Off: Full two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
Leave: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other types of leave available
Overtime: Required (average 15 hours per month)
Smoking Policy: Smoking prohibited on company premises
