Noster Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020 by spinning off the research department from Nitto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
With the vision of "connecting the gut flora with life and contributing to the health and scientific development of people around the world," NOSTER is conducting research to elucidate the functions of gut bacteria and postbiotics in order to promote drug discovery and development targeting the gut flora. |
 仕事内容Job description |
バイオ創薬実現を目指すNoster社にて医療系及び創薬系機械学習エンジニア職として下記業務をお任せいたします。
機械学習エンジニアとして、臨床試験データから疾患原因因子、バイオマーカー、薬剤作用機序等を同定するアプリケーション開発を行う仕事です。具体的には下記業務になります。
■実験データ、臨床データの解析
■分析結果に対する統計学的側面からの洞察
■時系列解
析による予測、因果推論
■データ分析基盤の開発、運用
You will be working as a medical and drug discovery machine learning engineer at Noster, a company that aims to realize bio-drug discovery.
As a machine learning engineer, you will develop applications that identify disease causative factors, biomarkers, drug action mechanisms, etc. from clinical trial data. Specifically, your duties will include the following:
■Analysis of experimental and clinical data
■Statistical insight into analysis results
■Prediction and causal inference through time series analysis
■Development and operation of data analysis platform |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須】
■ビジネスレベルの日本語力(N2相当)
■深層学習(ディープラーニング)に関する知識または経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎】
■機械学習を用いた分析結果のアウトプット経験をお持ちの方
■Python、R等を用いたプログラミング経験をお持ちの方
■統計学、特に医療統計に造詣が深い方
■微生物メタゲノム解析やメタボローム解析の知識がある方
■バイオや理化学の分析の実務経験がある方
[Required]
■Business level Japanese language skills (equivalent to N2)
■Knowledge or experience in deep learning
[Preferred]
■Experience in outputting analysis results using machine learning
■Programming experience using Python, R, etc.
■Deep knowledge of statistics, especially medical statistics
■Knowledge of microbial metagenomic analysis and metabolome analysis
■Practical experience in bio- or physico-chemical analysis |
