仕事内容Job description [Position Background]
They are a technology-driven company collaborating with manufacturers and industrial waste processors to commercialize proprietary, low-cost and low-carbon recycling solutions for composite plastics—materials that have traditionally relied solely on incineration.
Beyond recycling technology, we are developing solutions to tackle pressing social issues through digital transformation (DX) of manufacturing processes, automated material-mixing algorithms, LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) tools, and applications that promote circularity.

[Role Overview]
You will contribute to strengthening their manufacturing foundation and developing next-generation business models.

Example tasks may include:
- Supporting data collection and analysis for manufacturing lines
- Designing and developing tools for process optimization
- Building features that support LCA calculations and environmental impact assessment
- Developing mobile/web applications for users participating in recycling programs
- Designing and implementing blockchain-based plastic credit tracking and visualization features
- Assisting in UI/UX design and product value validation
応募資格Requirement [Required Qualifications]
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level or higher
- 3+ years of development experience using Python
- 3+ years of experience in the design and development of applications or IT systems
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to independently lead product or service development

[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience in any of the following fields: chemistry, materials, manufacturing, or environment
- Hands-on experience implementing blockchain technologies in a business context

Employment Type: Full-time employee
Probation Period: 3 months
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥4M – ¥5M (based on experience and skills)
Location: Tokyo
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Break Time: 60 minutes (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Days Off: Full five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday off), national holidays
Leave: Summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, and other types of leave available
Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month
Smoking Policy: Smoking permitted indoors (designated area only)
