当社で開発しているデータ解析技術共有プラットフォーム「ANCAT」の開発を中心に、生命科学データ解析のための解析プログラムや、そのGUI部分等、研究者が使うための様々なプログラムを作成していただきます。
■サービスの強み・特徴
当社サービスは、一時的に重たい計算が発生するバイオインフォマティクスの特性から、サーバーレスにて基幹システムを構築。フルコンテナコンピューティング技術を用いて、コストを最小限に抑えて、研究者に解析手法を提供しています。
ありがたいことに、ANCATはリリース以来多くの研究者に活用され、ビジネスシーンでも既に導入が進んでいます。現在では研究所と連携した解析手法のアップロードなども進み、常に新しいプログラムを公開できる環境も構築できました。
今後は、事業の拡充に努め、これらサービスの横展開や新事業立ち上げにつなげていきたいと考えており、研究者の解析を支える事業に関わってくださるエンジニアを募集いたします。

You will be creating various programs for researchers to use, such as analysis programs for life science data analysis and their GUI parts, focusing on the development of their data analysis technology sharing platform "ANCAT".
■Strengths and features of the service
Their service builds a core system in a serverless manner, due to the nature of bioinformatics, which generates heavy calculations temporarily. They use full container computing technology to minimize costs and provide analysis methods to researchers.
Thankfully, ANCAT has been used by many researchers since its release, and is already being introduced in the business scene. Currently, analysis methods are being uploaded in collaboration with laboratories, and an environment has been created where new programs can be released at any time.
In the future, they would like to expand their business and connect these services to the horizontal expansion and launch of new businesses, so they are looking for engineers who will be involved in the business of supporting researchers' analysis.
