本ポジションのフロントエンドエンジニアには、社内外で利用されるWeb UIの設計・開発からテスト、運用までを主体的に担っていただくことを期待しています。可読性・再利用性の高いコードをベストプラクティスに基づいて開発し、バックエンドエンジニアと連携してAPI設計を進めるなど、チーム内のコミュニケーションも重視しています。

【業務内容】
・消費者向けサービスや買取サービスのフロントエンド開発・運用
・在庫管理システムや社内ツール向け管理画面の構築
・Shopifyのカスタマイズ、アプリ開発、管理画面の改善

【Background】
Frontend engineers in this role are expected to take initiative and ownership across the entire lifecycle of internal and external web UIs—from design and development to testing and operations. Writing clean, reusable, and readable code based on best practices is emphasized, along with close collaboration with backend engineers for API design.
The company operates a variety of services, including consumer-facing platforms like a smartphone sales and trade-in service, corporate solutions, and internal tools. This creates a wide range of opportunities for frontend engineers to contribute. We’re looking for team members who are excited to enhance user experience and accelerate development speed in a growing service environment.
【Responsibilities】
Develop and maintain frontend for the consumer platform and trade-in services
Build admin dashboards for internal tools and inventory management systems
Customize Shopify and create/manage apps for storefront and backend improvements
Scope of work may change based on company needs

Infrastructure: Google Cloud (e.g. Cloud Run)

【必須スキル】
・N2レベルの日本語
・コンピュータサイエンスや情報工学の学位、またはそれに準ずる実践経験
・バージョン管理システム、CI/CDなどのSDLCへの理解
・TypeScriptを用いたフロントエンド開発経験3年以上、リードエンジニアとしてのご経験
・フロントエンド開発経験が3年以上あり、リードエンジニアとしての経験がある
・フロントエンドフレームワーク / ライブラリ(React, Next.js, Vue.js など)の深い理解
・ジュニアメンバーのメンタリングやマネジメント
・情報収集および業務効率化(ドキュメント作成など)のために、ChatGPT、Geminiまたは類似のテクノロジーを活用した経
【歓迎スキル】
・Google Cloudなどのパブリッククラウドの経験
・EC サイトのSEO最適化やGoogle Analytics / Google Tag Managerを活用した経験
・GraphQLの利用経験
・データベースの基本的な知識と経験

[Required Skills]
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
A degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including version control systems and CI/CD
3+ years of frontend development experience using TypeScript, including experience as a lead engineer
Deep understanding of frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js
Experience in mentoring or managing junior members
Experience leveraging ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies for information gathering and operational efficiency (e.g., documentation)
[Preferred Skills]
Experience with public cloud platforms such as Google Cloud
Experience with SEO optimization for e-commerce sites and using Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager
Experience using GraphQL
Basic knowledge and experience with databases
Development experience using design tools like Figma
Development experience with Shopify
Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Vitest, or Cypress
Development experience, knowledge, or strong interest in Bubble.io
Experience in the development or operation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
