<Acquiring New Customers Using Web Advertising (Digital Product Promotion)>

Managing ads for multiple channels promoting our own brand products (GDN, YDA, LINE, Facebook, TikTok, other ad networks, etc.)

Data tracking and analysis

Creating landing pages (LP) and creatives

Planning and executing other digital promotion strategies

You will conduct precise “direct marketing” by applying a marketing-driven mindset to maximize ad effectiveness. Since we are the manufacturer, everything can be treated as a variable, enabling truly fundamental marketing. It’s possible to reverse-engineer new customer acquisition based on LTV and leverage ad insights for product planning. You’ll market products you planned yourself.

Opportunity to handle web marketing with significant responsibility even without prior experience

All-in-house operation from product development to sales and delivery, allowing you to work with a broad range of variables

From your first month, you can run ad campaigns worth tens of millions of yen monthly

Career path includes managing the entire value chain from upstream to downstream (some members become product managers within about 3 months)

During OJT, you’ll plan a product currently in development for release

After about six months of web marketing, you’ll expand into offline marketing channels

After 3 months of OJT, you’ll take full responsibility for marketing one product line as a business manager

After 3 months of OJT, you may lead the launch of new products
 - After around 1 year in D2C web marketing, some become marketing managers of other businesses

Since the number of employees is smaller than the number of products/businesses, you’ll get early exposure to the big picture of the business

Over 10 new products are scheduled for release in fiscal year 2024, allowing early involvement in new product launches

Learn marketing in a compact team where each person generates over 100 million yen in sales. Your OJT mentor is a marketer responsible for sales of several hundred million yen. Intensive feedback will develop you into a top marketer within 3 months.

Each business is managed by 2-3 people, so your impact on the business is large—you can directly test your hypotheses in the market

Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
