クライアント向けWebアプリケーションの開発業務をお任せします。KotlinまたはJavaを用いた開発を中心に、要件定義から設計・実装・テスト・運用保守まで、スキルに応じたフェーズを担当していただきます。

【仕事の特徴】
■ワンストップでプロジェクトに関われる
プライム案件も増えており、最上流からオーダーメイドのサービスをエンジニア自身が設計し、開発を行います。開発の目的や実行性が明確である中で仕事を進められます。
■基本的には自社内で開発
お客様とオンラインで定期的に打合せをしながら、チームでプロジェクトを進めていきます。プロジェクトによりますが、チームの規模は3～5名ほど、プロジェクト期間は短いもので3か月、長いもので1年のもあります。
■グローバルチームで動く
配属チームは8名で構成されており、日本人メンバーのほか、日本語堪能な中国籍、マレーシア籍のメンバーも在籍しています。異文化の中で協力しながら業務を進める環境です。

You will be tasked with developing web applications for clients. Focusing on development using Kotlin or Java, you will be responsible for phases according to your skills, from requirements definition to design, implementation, testing, and operation and maintenance.

【Job characteristics】
■One-stop project involvement
The number of prime projects is increasing, and engineers themselves design and develop custom-made services from the top. Work can be carried out with a clear development purpose and feasibility.
■Basically developed in-house
They will work on projects as a team, meeting regularly online with customers. Depending on the project, the team size is about 3 to 5 people, and the project period can be as short as three months or as long as one year.
■ Working in a global team
The assigned team is made up of eight people, including Japanese members, as well as Chinese and Malaysian members who are fluent in Japanese. It is an environment where work can be done in cooperation with other cultures. |

【必須要件】
• Androidアプリの開発経験(3年以上が望ましい)
• KotlinまたはJavaを用いたネイティブアプリ開発経験
• 日本語力:ビジネス以上(N1)(業務コミュニケーションおよび仕様書や設計書の理解ができるレベル)
【歓迎要件】
• Gitを用いたチーム開発経験
• REST APIとの連携実装経験
• Firebase(Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics等)の利用経験
• Jetpack ComposeやMVVMアーキテクチャの利用経験
• アプリの公開・運用経験(Google Play対応含む)
• モダンなUI/UX設計の知見
• CI/CDツールを使ったビルド・リリースフロー構築経験
[Requirements]
• Experience developing Android apps (preferably 3 years or more)
• Experience developing native apps using Kotlin or Java
• Japanese ability: Business level or above (N1) (ability to communicate in business and understand specifications and design documents)
[Preferred requirements]
• Experience in team development using Git
• Experience implementing integration with REST API
• Experience using Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, etc.)
• Experience using Jetpack Compose and MVVM architecture
• Experience publishing and operating apps (including Google Play compatibility)
