 仕事内容Job description |
小型電子機器(RFID等)の製造管理、開発サポート業務をお任せします。「RFID」とは、モノや人の情報を簡単に読み取るための技術であり、管理や買い物の際に商品のバーコードの代わりにRFIDタグを読み取るなど、いまや日常生活にあふれたなくてはならないものです!
■職務内容:
製造・製造管理業務 (業務の50%以上)
・外注委託先(海外)の生産管理、在庫管理、発注業務
・棚卸
・製品出荷時の検査作業、軽作業
・製造工程(90%以上完成された製品が納品されるので、最終チェック程度)
・製品、検査工程の改善業務
・QMSに沿った書類準備 等
〈RFIDの知識をつけて頂いてから携わる業務〉
開発サポート業務
・自社製品の改良(改善業務)、開発評価、品質管理業務のサポート
・顧客要求に伴う評価作業、提案資料作成のサポート
・新規企画プロジェクトの推進、サポート業務
■組織構成:
ソリューション事業部 RFIDグループ (男性9名、女性1名、計10名)

You will be in charge of manufacturing management and development support for small electronic devices (RFID, etc.). "RFID" is a technology that allows us to easily read information about objects and people. It has become an indispensable part of their daily lives, such as reading RFID tags instead of product barcodes when managing or shopping!
■Job description:
Manufacturing and manufacturing management (more than 50% of work)
-Production management, inventory management, ordering work for outsourced contractors (overseas)
-Inventory
-Inspection work and light work at the time of product shipment
-Manufacturing process (products are delivered more than 90% completed, so only final checks)
-Product and inspection process improvement work
-Preparation of documents in line with QMS, etc.
<Work to be done after acquiring knowledge of RFID>
Development support work
-Support for improving their own products (improvement work), development evaluation, and quality control work
-Support for evaluation work related to customer requests and creation of proposal materials
-Promotion and support of new planning projects
