仕事内容Job description |
シェアトップクラスのフォトマスク製造に欠かせない材料の調達をメインで担当して頂きます。調達先は殆どが既存のメーカーであり、関係性も良好です。
材料の購入全般や必要に応じて納期調整などを主体的に考え、自分の裁量で物事を決めることが可能です。また、一部新規製品開発に向け、開発支援などにも関われる為、技術革新を縁の下の力持ちとして支えている実感を味わえます。
【具体的には】
・受注に応じ、主材料、マスクケース等の購買業務。
見積もり取得、価格交渉、納期確認(業者折衝)
・社内独自システムへの入力
(データ登録の上、注文書を作成、国内注文書の発行、経理への指示)
・電話、メールでのメーカー連絡など
※一部、貿易業務(輸出入手配)や材料管理(資材入荷登録/倉庫管理)などをお任せすることもございます。
■組織構成:
資材グループは計8名(男性6名、女性2名)で構成されています。
ベテランや中途も多いため、経歴・年齢問わずご安心ください。
*This position is available only for people residing in Japan
You will be mainly responsible for procuring materials that are essential for manufacturing photomasks with a top market share. Most of their suppliers are existing manufacturers, and they have good relationships with them.
You can proactively think about the overall purchase of materials and adjust delivery dates as necessary, and make decisions at your own discretion. In addition, you will be involved in development support for some new product development, so you will feel like you are supporting technological innovation behind the scenes.
[Specifics]
- Purchasing main materials, mask cases, etc. in response to orders.
Obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, confirming delivery dates (negotiating with vendors)
- Inputting data into their company's unique system
(Registering data, creating purchase orders, issuing domestic purchase orders, giving instructions to accounting)
- Contacting manufacturers by phone and email, etc.
*Some of your responsibilities may include trade work (import and export arrangements) and material management (material arrival registration/warehouse management).
■ Organizational structure:
The materials group is made up of a total of 8 people (6 men and 2 women).
