仕事内容Job description Position Overview:
You will be responsible for developing products and features utilizing generative AI, as well as designing and implementing internal tools. This role offers opportunities to be involved across a wide range of phases—from rapid prototyping to full-scale deployment and operationalization.

At the forefront of product development, the team is focused on leveraging generative AI not just for operational efficiency, but for creating entirely new value. We are exploring how AI can be embedded into the product itself and how it can transform the product development process—working at the intersection of technology and creativity.

This is a highly exploratory position where you’ll work on projects that do not yet have “clear answers.” You will be engaged from the ground up—helping to shape ideas and bring them to life.

In addition, like other creative team members, you’ll be involved in real-world projects and are encouraged to go beyond your specialization and take on various challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Prototyping and deploying AI agents

Developing internal and external dashboards and tools

Conducting analysis and making recommendations using surveys and quantitative data

Designing and implementing LLM workflows using LangChain

Applying AI to real-world product development (e.g., streamlining processes and embedding AI into actual products)

① Language Requirement

Native-level fluency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 or higher)
Note: Holding the JLPT certificate is not mandatory.

② Technical Requirements

Experience in developing and operating applications, including:

API development

Infrastructure setup and management

Hands-on experience with projects involving AI or large language models (LLMs)

[Preferred Qualifications]
Ability to communicate in English (for coordination with development members in Vietnam)

Experience analyzing large datasets using SQL

Experience in building machine learning models
