仕事内容Job description ▼Specific Job Responsibilities

Launching sales functions and organizations at overseas locations

Developing overseas client base

Acquiring new customers

Proposing our in-house product to executive-level clients

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients

Marketing activities (e.g., trade show participation, managing social media)

Providing product feedback to the development team

1. Sales Activities for Our SaaS Product "Translead CRM"

You will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our proprietary CRM product and closing deals. By deeply understanding industry structures and customer challenges, you'll provide the best possible solutions.

2. Relationship Building

Establish trust-based relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.

3. Solution Proposals and Presentations

Based on client needs, you will propose digital transformation (DX) solutions clearly and effectively. You may also create customized proposal materials and deliver presentations as needed.

4. Project Collaboration

After a contract is signed, you will work with the technical team to support smooth implementation of the solution.

1+ years of experience in international sales
Fluent or Native-level Japanese
Fluent or Native-level English
Experience in new client acquisition

Basic IT knowledge

Valid driver's license (automatic transmission allowed)

Manager class: up to 18 million yen
*Monthly salary 375,000-832,300 yen
*Fixed overtime pay (45 hours): 97,600-292,700 yen included
