 仕事内容Job description |
弊社SaaSプロダクトにおけるオフショア開発(ベトナム子会社)を活用した新機能追加、パフォーマンス向上、技術的改善や刷新などのWebアプリケーション開発。
1)ベトナム子会社に対する開発業務管理
日本のエンジニアが設計した要件定義書の内容を理解し、わかりやすく伝える
設計書、ソースコード、テスト仕様書などの成果物をレビュー
委託した開発案件の進捗を管理
2)ベトナム子会社に対するサポート
質問・相談された内容を理解し、わかりやすく回答
日本のエンジニアと協力・相談し、技術的課題の解決
生産性、品質、技術力向上のための改善活動をサポート
3)上流工程を中心に、上流から下流まで一連の開発業務を担当
事業部からの要求をもとに要件定義を実施
自身が要件定義を行った機能についての進捗管理と各種レビューを担当
実際のリリース作業
不具合の確認や調査作業
4)ベトナム子会社への出張
現状把握やノウハウの共有、関係強化のためのオフショア開発現地への出張。
※ベトナム側は日本人の代表者、現地のPM/PL/開発メンバーがいます
出張期間:2週間から1ヶ月程度
出張頻度:年に1-2回を想定
Develop web applications such as adding new functions, improving performance, technical improvements and renewals using offshore development (Vietnamese subsidiary) for our SaaS products.
1) Manage development work for Vietnamese subsidiary
Understand the contents of the requirements specification document designed by Japanese engineers and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner
Review deliverables such as design documents, source code, and test specifications
Manage the progress of entrusted development projects
2) Support for Vietnamese subsidiary
Understand questions and consultations and answer them in an easy-to-understand manner
Cooperate and consult with Japanese engineers to solve technical issues
Support improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, and technical capabilities
3) Responsible for a series of development tasks from upstream to downstream, focusing on upstream processes
Implement requirements definition based on requests from business divisions
Responsible for progress management and various reviews of functions for which you have defined requirements
Actual release work
Checking and investigating defects
4) Business trips to Vietnamese subsidiary
Business trips to offshore development sites to understand the current situation, share know-how, and strengthen relationships.
*There is a Japanese representative and local PM/PL/development members on the Vietnamese side
Business trip duration: Approximately 2 weeks to 1 month
Business trip frequency: Expected to be once or twice a year |

【必須要件】
1)Web開発のご経験(Java、PHP、Ruby、Python)
2)日本語とベトナム語の両方のビジネスレベルの語学力 ※N2相当以上
【歓迎】
・ブリッジSEとしてのご経験
・課題解決や改善活動を通じてプロジェクトを推進して来られたご経験
・自社サービス/SaaS事業会社でのシステム開発または運用経験
・PL、PMなどのプロジェクト推進経験
[Requirements]
1) Experience in web development (Java, PHP, Ruby, Python)
2) Business level language skills in both Japanese and Vietnamese *N2 or higher
[Preferred]
・Experience as a bridge SE
・Experience in promoting projects through problem solving and improvement activities
・Experience in system development or operation at an in-house service/SaaS company
・Experience in promoting projects as a PL, PM, etc. |
