■Recruitment Background
As their in-house products continue to grow and expand in functionality, they are urgently seeking to strengthen their front-end development. They are looking for a senior engineer who can demonstrate advanced expertise and leadership, especially in web application development using React/TypeScript. This is a strategically important position, which will involve developing new features for their in-house BI tools, including BI Suite, and handling their upcoming listing on the Google Cloud Marketplace.

■Job Description
- Front-end development of their own BI tool (BI Suite)
- New function design and implementation
- Various responses and optimizations for listing on Google Cloud Marketplace
- Performance tuning and UI/UX improvements
- Technical leadership, such as training young members and code reviews
- Collaboration and coordination with other teams (backend, designers, PMs, etc.)

■Development environment
- Languages/frameworks: React, TypeScript
- Infrastructure: Google Cloud
- Management tools: Git, CI/CD (Github Actions/Cloud Build, etc.)
- Task management/information sharing: Notion, Slack, etc.
- Development method: Agile development (Scrum)

- Experience developing web applications using React (3 years or more)
- Practical experience with TypeScript
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale or complex front-end applications

- Japanese language ability: Business level or above

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience using Redux / React Query / Next.js, etc.
- Experience developing and operating BtoB SaaS products
- Experience using cloud services such as Google Cloud

- Understanding of container technologies such as Docker / Kubernetes
