1. Data utilization consulting and analysis support that connects management and the field
Through the planning and execution of DX strategies and data utilization strategies, they build a consistent decision-making process between management and the field. Using KPI design, fact analysis, BI construction, funnel decomposition, etc., they achieve a coherent DX promotion without relying too much on the field's sense or too much on logic.
2. Marketing measures execution and technology implementation support to maximize LTV
In addition to advertising operations, CRM measures, and SNS utilization, they also use products such as generative AI and BI tools to support everything from acquiring new customers to strengthening engagement with existing customers. ■業務内容
クライアントのクラウド/データ基盤の設計・構築・導入をリードいただきます。AWSを中心としたインフラ環境の設計、外部パートナーとの連携、要件定義・技術提案からドキュメント作成まで、幅広い工程を担っていただきます。特に、Sierや大手企業でのアーキテクト経験を活かし一気通貫で推進できる方を求めています。
<主な業務内容の詳細>
・AWSを用いたクラウド環境の設計・構築(Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3等)
・データ分析・マーケティング基盤の技術選定、アーキテクチャ設計
・クライアントや外部パートナーとの技術的な調整・ドキュメント作成
・要件に応じたベンダーコントロール(経験に応じて)
・案件に応じた簡易的なスクリプト(SQL/Python)対応

■Job Description
You will lead the design, construction, and implementation of the client's cloud/data infrastructure. You will be responsible for a wide range of processes, from designing infrastructure environments centered on AWS, collaborating with external partners, defining requirements, making technical proposals, and creating documents. In particular, they are looking for someone who can take advantage of their experience as an architect at a system integrator or major company to promote the entire process.
<Details of main duties>
・Designing and building cloud environments using AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda, S3, etc.)
・Technology selection and architecture design for data analysis and marketing infrastructure
・Technical coordination and document creation with clients and external partners
・Vendor control according to requirements (depending on experience)
・Support for simple scripts (SQL/Python) according to the case

- AWS環境での設計または構築経験(2年以上目安)
- SQL、Pythonを用いたデータ加工・ETL処理の経験
- クライアントやチームとの技術的なコミュニケーション経験
- ドキュメント作成や進行管理への一定の理解・抵抗感のなさ
- 日本語力:ビジネス以上
【歓迎要件】
- 分析基盤の設計・運用経験(Redshift, BigQuery等)
- BIツール(Tableau,DOMO,Power BI 等)を使用したダッシュボードの構築経験
- ベンダーコントロールやプロジェクトマネジメント経験
