Our business is composed of three major pillars.
1. Data utilization consulting and analysis support that connects management and the field
Through the planning and execution of DX strategies and data utilization strategies, they build a consistent decision-making process between management and the field. Using KPI design, fact analysis, BI construction, funnel decomposition, etc., they achieve a coherent DX promotion without relying too much on the field's sense or too much on logic.
2. Marketing measures execution and technology implementation support to maximize LTV
In addition to advertising operations, CRM measures, and SNS utilization, they also use products such as generative AI and BI tools to support everything from acquiring new customers to strengthening engagement with existing customers. They will implement sustainable business growth at the field level.
③ Strengthen the organization, support in-house development and training system
Rather than outsourcing analysis and measures, they aim to be in a state where they can make decisions on our own, and support in-house data utilization and tool operation. By increasing the self-reliance of the field, they enable the transformation of client organizations in the medium to long term.

■Job Description
- Collecting, processing, and integrating data from various data sources (ETL/ELT design and implementation)
- Designing, building, and operating a data analysis platform
- Tuning and managing DWH environments such as BigQuery
- Maintaining data quality and consistency, and supporting log and metadata management
- Supporting data utilization through collaboration with other professions (analysts, consultants, engineers)

【必須要件】
- SQLを用いたデータ処理の実務経験(1年以上)
- Pythonまたは類似言語を用いた開発経験
- ETL/ELTの基礎知識、データ基盤に対する興味関心
- チームでの開発・業務経験(職種を問わず)
- 日本語力:ビジネス以上
【歓迎要件】
- BigQueryやGoogle Cloud環境での開発経験
- データパイプラインツール(Dataform、Digdagなど)の使用経験
- データ品質管理、ログ分析などの経験
- 海外チームとのやりとり、英語による業務経験
