 仕事内容Job description |
顧客や市場のニーズを先取りした半導体製品の供給を目指し、各種デバイス開発やプロセス開発、量産化の製造技術を担っていただきます。
【具体的には】
・次世代半導体デバイスの設計開発
・次世代半導体デバイスのプロセス技術開発、要素技術開発
・基本回路設計、TCAD、評価解析技術
・国内外のカスタマーとのコミュニケーション、技術協議
・量産設備/プロセス条件の改善による生産性向上と品質向上
With the aim of supplying semiconductor products that anticipate the needs of customers and the market, you will be responsible for various device development, process development, and mass production manufacturing technology.
[Specifics]
-Design and development of next-generation semiconductor devices
-Process technology development and elemental technology development for next-generation semiconductor devices
-Basic circuit design, TCAD, evaluation and analysis technology
-Communication and technical discussions with customers in Japan and overseas
-Improve productivity and quality by improving mass production equipment/process conditions |
