仕事内容Job description ◆Job Description
In consideration of your areas of expertise and past experience, you will be gradually entrusted with the following tasks.
- Deepening customer relations to acquire proposals/projects
- Systematizing and enhancing CRM management
- Systematizing and enhancing the nurturing process, including inside sales
- Proposing and promoting marketing measures that contribute to lead acquisition
- Developing new markets and expanding product functions based on customer needs
応募資格Requirement [Required requirements]
・2+ years of working experience(No business development experience required)
・ Able to work in Japan
・ Precise logical thinking, sharp perspective, ability to conceive a logical business model
・ Self-starter mindset, including proactiveness, teamwork, perseverance, and determination to do dirty work
・ High creation ability in Word/Excel/PPT
・ Japanese language proficiency: Business level or above (N1)

[Preferred requirements]
- Sales and marketing experience in intangible products (consulting/IT/human resources)
- Project management and delivery promotion experience for intangible products
- Practical experience in statistical analysis and analytics
- Knowledge, skills, and experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence
- High level of language proficiency in both Japanese and English (In many cases, the team will include overseas members)

Trial period: 6 months
Expected annual salary: 3.5 million to 7 million yen
Work location: Tokyo. Remote work available (come to the office once a week)
Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11:00-16:00)
Basic working hours: 9:00-18:00 (8 hours of scheduled work, 60 minutes break)
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays
Vacations: Summer holidays, New Year's holidays, other holidays
Overtime hours: 40 hours of assumed overtime
