■業務概要:【変更の範囲:会社の定める業務】
建築プロジェクトの構想段階からBIMコンサルタントとして、グループ会社(大和ハウス工業、フジタ等)の設計部門と協業しながら、BIM導入・設計・工程管理・コスト管理・製造連携といった建設プロセスのデジタル化をお任せ致します。
※建築現場での作業等はございません。
■業務詳細:
下記二つの事業部の中、適性に応じて配属先を決定致します。
(1)BIMプロジェクト:60名程度のメンバーが在籍しています。
・Revitテンプレート、実施設計図の作成、施工管理、Revit図面作成
・人材育成業務、BIM・DX技術に係る教育動画コンテンツの制作
・施工BIM業務、建築工事の設計・施工・維持管理に係る各種図面の作成
・ファミリ作成業務、建具等の製作図作成、Revit公式トレーニングガイド原稿作成
(2)デジタル事業:40名程度のメンバーが在籍しています。
・各種自動化ツールプロジェクト、生産性向上プロジェクト推進
・国際事業部(フジタ様 海外事業部との連携)
・BIM関連APIツール開発
・FM(ファシリティーマネージメント)推進

As a BIM consultant from the concept stage of an architectural project, you will be entrusted with the digitalization of the construction process, such as BIM introduction, design, process management, cost management, and manufacturing collaboration, while collaborating with the design departments of group companies (Daiwa House Industry, Fujita, etc.).
*There will be no work on the construction site.
■Job Details:
You will be assigned to one of the two business divisions below based on your aptitude.
(1) BIM Project: Approximately 60 members are enrolled.
・Revit templates, creation of implementation design drawings, construction management, Revit drawing creation
・Human resource development work, production of educational video content related to BIM and DX technology
・Construction BIM work, creation of various drawings related to the design, construction, and maintenance of architectural works
・Family creation work, creation of production drawings for fittings, etc., creation of manuscripts for the official Revit training guide
(2) Digital Business: Approximately 40 members are enrolled.
・Promotion of various automation tool projects and productivity improvement projects
・International Business Division (collaboration with Fujita's overseas business division)
・Development of BIM-related API tools
・Promotion of FM (facility management) |

・BIMエンジニアとしてのご経験(年数不問)

・設計事務所での図面作成経験(意匠、構造、設備設計、施工図等)
・建築施工管理(RC造、S造等)※主に甲工事(躯体等の施工)
・建築士もしくは施工管理技士の有資格
