仕事内容Job description As an SCM specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks in Taiwan, where their products are produced.
They are also planning to expand their sales channels to Southeast Asia in the future, and are looking for someone who can be entrusted with developing agencies for this purpose.

- Procurement management: Negotiating with suppliers, managing contractual relationships, and procuring parts and materials
- Inventory management: Understanding inventory levels and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Order management: Processing orders from customers, managing delivery dates, and managing order data
- Demand forecasting: Predicting market and customer demand and formulating ordering plans
- Supply process improvement: Reviewing the supply process to reduce costs and shorten lead times
- Negotiations with suppliers: Negotiating quality and delivery dates

[Recruitment background]
Currently, they control SCM in Japan, but from this year they will be starting full-scale business overseas (Taiwan, etc.). They are recruiting in anticipation of a shortage of manpower with the current situation once manufacturing and sales in Taiwan get on track in the future.
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- 4 years or more of SCM management experience
- Japanese ability: Business level or higher
- English ability: Business level or higher

[Preferred requirements]
- SCM management experience in Southeast Asia
- Knowledge of food regulations and laws in Southeast Asia
- Experience in food manufacturing
- Marketing and sales experience
