本ポジションでは、ユーザー体験を支えるフロントエンドから、堅牢で柔軟なバックエンド・インフラ設計まで幅広く関わっていただきます。
直感的で快適な操作性と、高い信頼性を兼ね備えたサービスを実現するために、プロダクトを根幹から支えるポジションです。
主な業務内容
・急成長中のプロダクト・組織を支えるための技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計のリード
・スケーラブルかつ持続可能な フロントエンド・バックエンドアプリケーションの開発・運用
・目標に即した技術戦略の策定と、開発チームへの技術的リーダーシップの提供
・データに基づく意思決定を通じたプロダクト改善・新機能開発の推進
・再利用可能なUIコンポーネントや堅牢なAPIの設計・開発
・デザインチームと連携したUI/UXの改善、およびユーザーリサーチに基づく検証
・クラウドインフラ(AWS)の設計・運用やCI/CDパイプラインの改善
・使用するフレームワーク、ライブラリ、ミドルウェアの調査・評価・選定

The company is looking for a full-stack engineer to lead the development of the entire web application, which is high-performance, scalable, and easy to maintain.
In this position, you will be involved in a wide range of work, from the front-end that supports the user experience to robust and flexible back-end infrastructure design.
This position will support the product from the ground up, in order to create a service that combines intuitive, comfortable operability with high reliability.
Key Duties
- Lead technology selection and architecture design to support rapidly growing products and organizations
- Develop and operate scalable and sustainable front-end and back-end applications
- Formulate a goal-aligned technology strategy and provide technical leadership to the development team
- Drive product improvements and new feature development through data-driven decision-making
- Design and develop reusable UI components and robust APIs
- Work with the design team to improve UI/UX and validate results based on user research
- Design and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS) and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Research, evaluate, and select frameworks, libraries, and middleware to use

 応募資格Requirement |
【必須スキル】
・Webアプリケーション開発(フロントエンド・バックエンド双方)の実務経験3年以上
・TypeScriptおよびモダンなフロントエンドフレームワーク(React、Next.js)に対する高い習熟度
・Node.jsやPHP(Laravel)を用いたバックエンド開発経験
・アーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、サービス設計における技術的意思決定の実績
・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力(日本語能力試験N2以上が望ましい)
【歓迎スキル】
・大規模なWebアプリケーションの開発および運用の実務経験
・GraphQLやRESTを用いたAPI設計・連携の経験
・クラウド(AWSなど)を用いたシステム設計・運用経験
・CI/CDパイプラインや自動テスト環境の構築経験
・レスポンシブ対応およびアクセシビリティを考慮したUI設計・実装
・ReduxやZustandなどの状態管理ライブラリの活用経験

[Required Skills]
- 3+ years of experience in web application development (both front-end and back-end)
- High proficiency in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js)
- Back-end development experience using Node.js or PHP (Laravel)
- Demonstrated technical decision-making in architecture design, technology selection, and service design
- Fluent communication skills in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above preferred)
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience developing and operating large-scale web applications
- API design and integration experience using GraphQL or REST
- System design and operation experience using cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing environments
- UI design and implementation with responsiveness and accessibility in mind
- Experience using state management libraries such as Redux and Zustand
- Knowledge of performance tuning and cross-browser optimization
- BFF (Backend for Understanding of the latest web technologies, including frontend, SSR, SSG, and PWA.
