当社では現在、高性能かつスケーラブルで、保守性にも優れたフロントエンドアプリケーションの開発をリードしていただける方を募集しています。
本ポジションでは、ユーザー体験の設計からフロントエンドアーキテクチャの構築まで、幅広い領域で中心的な役割を担っていただきます。 お客様にとって直感的で決適な操作性を実現するため、プロダクトの質を根本から支えるポジションです。
主な業務内容
・急成長中のプロダクト・組織を支えるための技術選定やアーキテクチャ設計のリード
・スケーラブルかつ持続可能なフロントエンドアプリケーションの開発と運用
・目標に即した技術戦略の策定と、開発チームヘの技術的リーダーシップの提供
・データに基づく意思決定を通じて、プロダクト機能の迅速な改善・検証を推進
・フロントエンド全体のアーキテクチャ設計、および再利用可能なUIコンポーネントの開発
・デザインチームと連携し、ユーザーインターフェースと体験(UI/UX)の継続的な向上
・使用するフレームワーク、ライブラリ、ミドルウェアの調査 ・ 評価・選定

The hiring company is looking for a Frontend Developer to take ownership of building high-performance, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and frontend architecture, ensuring seamless interactions for their customers.
Key Responsibilities

•Webアプリケーションのフロントエンド開発における実務経験3年以上
•Typescriptおよびモダンなフロントエンドフレームワーク(React、Next.js)に対する高い習熟度
•再利用可能なUIコンポー ネントの設計および実装経験
•アーキテクチャ設計、技術選定、フロントエンドサービス設計における技術的意思決定の実績
•ビジネスレベルの英語または日本語

Required
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development for web applications.
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
● Experience designing and implementing reusable UI components.
● Proven ability to make technical decisions on architecture, technology selection, and frontend service design.
● Business level English or Japanese
Preferred
● Experience developing and operating large-scale frontend applications.
● Solid understanding of modern web development practices.
● Ability to create responsive and accessible UIs.
● Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
● Experience with API integration, particularly with REST and GraphQL.
● Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
● Understanding of performance optimization and browser compatibility.
● Ability to conduct user research and validate UX hypotheses.
● Knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js.
● Experience building or using Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures with GraphQL/Apollo.
● Strong understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, AMP, PWA and frontend performance optimization.
● Familiarity with design systems, testing, and software architecture principles (OOP, FP, DDD, Clean Architecture).
● Conversational Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above is a plus). |
