仕事内容Job description You will be responsible for the development and improvement of our in-house products together with the team from the Farmland Utilization Business Department.

These services leverage satellite data and AI technology to identify abandoned farmland, streamline crop planting surveys, and facilitate farmland matching—contributing to solving the challenges faced by Japanese agriculture.

[Main Responsibilities]
- Develop and improve in-house product features
- Design and optimize algorithms using satellite data and AI technologies
- Design and implement user interfaces for mobile and web applications
- Design and manage databases, with a focus on efficient processing of geospatial data
- Develop APIs and integrate with external systems
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability
- Develop customized features to meet the needs of local governments and agricultural organizations

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Development experience with Python and TypeScript
- Frontend development experience using React or Next.js
- Experience in database design and management
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) or satellite data processing is a plus
- Knowledge of machine learning or image processing algorithms is a plus
- Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
