当ポジションは、大きく以下の業務に分類されます。
・AI・データ戦略の策定支援(経営戦略からAI・データガバナンスを含む利活用シナリオを海外市場調査を含め推進)
・AI・データ基盤の構築支援(グループ横断の大規模データ基盤などの最適構成・運用実現を推進)
・先進技術利用を前提とした業務・システム構築支援(市場でも成功例が少ない先進技術を主に技術検証から運用検証までを推進)
・上記の運用定着化推進
プロジェクト例
・通信業界における全社ChatGPT活用の戦略指針・ロードマップの策定支援
・化学業界における新規材料開発(マテリアルズ・インフォマティクス)の推進支援
・医薬品業における痛み止め・花粉アレルギー薬の需給予測と調達計画の最適化支援
・不動産業における外部データの利活用を含む大規模データ基盤の設計・構築推進
・商社業界における商慣習を加味した製品プライスの最適化シミュレーションの運用・システム構築支援
◆Job Description
This position is broadly divided into the following duties.
・Support for formulating AI and data strategies (promoting utilization scenarios including AI and data governance from management strategies, including overseas market research)
・Support for building AI and data infrastructure (promoting optimal configuration and operation of large-scale data infrastructure across the group)
・Support for building operations and systems based on the use of advanced technologies (promoting advanced technologies with few successful cases in the market, mainly from technical verification to operational verification)
・Promoting the establishment of the above operations
◆Project examples
・Support for formulating strategic guidelines and roadmaps for the use of ChatGPT across the company in the communications industry
・Support for promoting new material development (materials informatics) in the chemical industry
・Support for optimizing supply and demand forecasts and procurement plans for painkillers and pollen allergy medicines in the pharmaceutical industry
・Promoting the design and construction of large-scale data infrastructure including the use of external data in the real estate industry
・Support for the operation and construction of product price optimization simulations that take into account business practices in the trading company industry |

【必須要件】
・好奇心/新しいことへの学習意欲が非常に高い方
・5年以上のデータ利活用領域の分析orコンサルティング経験
・1年以上のPython/R/SQLなどのコードを活用したデータ分析の経験
・1年以上の無形商材(コンサル・ITなど)においてB2B企業の経営層・事業責任者に対するデリバリー・提案・クロージング経験
・一般的なコンサルティング会社で求められるレベルのWord/Excel/PPTにおける文書作成能力
・日本で就労可能な方
・日本語力:ビジネス以上(N1)

・日英双方における高いレベルの語学力(海外メンバーを含めた体制となるケースが多い)
・論文レベルの先進技術に関する知見・執筆実績
・データ利活用領域のプロダクトロードマップの推進・ハンドリングの経験
[Required requirements]
・Curiosity/high motivation to learn new things
・5+ years of experience in analysis or consulting in the data utilization field
・1+ years of experience in data analysis using code such as Python/R/SQL
・1+ years of experience in delivery, proposal, and closing of intangible products (consulting, IT, etc.) to executives and business managers of B2B companies
・Document creation skills in Word/Excel/PPT at the level required by general consulting companies
・Able to work in Japan
・Japanese language proficiency: Business or above (N1)
[Preferred requirements]
・High level of language proficiency in both Japanese and English (often involving overseas members)
・Knowledge and writing experience on advanced technologies at the level of a paper
・Experience in promoting and handling product roadmaps in the data utilization field |
