Employment Conditions:
Probation Period: 3 months (During the first three months, employment will be on a fixed-term contract basis. Upon evaluation, the employee may be offered permanent employment.)
Days Off: Full five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off
Leave: Summer vacation, New Year holidays, and other types of leave available
Overtime: Required
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited indoors (in compliance with passive smoking prevention measures)
