 仕事内容Job description |
表面処理の専門メーカーとして事業展開を行う当社にて、金属や素材の表面を研磨するブラストマシンという機械の機械設計業務に携わって頂きます。ブラストマシン本体の計画・設計と必要な書類の作成を行います。
【具体的には】設計するのは主に2種類です。 1:お客様の仕様に合わせた「一品物」のオーダー機 2:自社の標準機に追加仕様を加えた準標準機 中途入社の方に期待することは、「新しい目線を取り入れていただくこと」です。当社は増員によって目の前の仕事だけでなく、製品を進化させるような創造的な仕事を増やしていきたいと考えており、社員と共に製品の設計上の改善点を考えて頂きたいです。
At the company, a specialist in surface treatment technology, the role involves mechanical design of blast machines—equipment used to polish the surfaces of metals and other materials. Responsibilities include planning and designing the main body of the blast machine, as well as preparing the necessary documentation.

The position mainly involves designing two types of machines:
Fully customized machines tailored to each client’s specific requirements
Semi-standard machines based on the company’s in-house models, with additional optional features
