仕事内容Job description |
表面処理の専門メーカーとして事業展開を行う当社にて、マシンの組み立て業務をお任せいたします。年間休日120日、残業月20hほど、夜勤も転勤もなくワークライフバランスを保った就業が可能です!
【具体的には】
■主にはブラストマシン(表面処理装置)の組立作業を行っていただきます。設計から製造まで一貫して自社で行っており、オーダーメイドの機械がメインとなりますので、単純なライン作業ではなく顧客要求を満たす為に、営業や設計、生産管理などの各部門と連携しながら自社工場にて機械組立を行っていただきます。その後、一度機械を解体し、客先工場へ出張しての据付作業があります。

[Job Description]
You will primarily be involved in the assembly of blast machines (surface treatment equipment).
Since the entire process from design to manufacturing is handled in-house, and most machines are made-to-order, this is not a simple assembly line job.
You will collaborate with multiple departments including sales, design, and production control to assemble machines at our factory according to specific customer requirements.
Once assembly is complete, the machines are temporarily disassembled and then reinstalled at the customer’s factory during on-site assignments. |

[Requirements]
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher
For Experienced Candidates (one of the following is required):
Experience in any of the following manufacturing tasks: machine assembly, adjustment, inspection, measurement, or electrical wiring
Experience in facility maintenance or machine maintenance
[Preferred Qualifications]
Interest in craftsmanship and hands-on manufacturing rather than assembly line work
Practical welding experience
Ability to respond sincerely and adapt flexibly to situations

[Job Details]
Assembly and manufacturing of blast machines (typically handled by teams of 1–2 people depending on size):
You will be responsible for assembling custom-made blast machines in our in-house factory. These machines are based on standard models with client-specific optional features.
Each unit takes about 1–2 months to complete, from preparation to final assembly. |
