[Job Description]
This position will be responsible for the following tasks in the development of new businesses for renewable energy and decarbonization services for data centers.

Market understanding and strategy planning:
- Research and analysis of trends and needs of data center users, and issues related to electricity and the environment
- Identifying pain points within the industry and building and improving economically feasible business models

Alliance building:
- Negotiating and building partnerships with strategic partners (technology providers, energy suppliers, system integrators, etc.)
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish a project promotion system that crosses multiple departments

Business model and business plan formulation and execution:
- Formulating business plans, revenue models, and cost structures for service provision
- Launching pilot projects , and promote the brushing up and scaling up of business plans based on feedback.
Cross-departmental leadership:
・Strategically collaborate with related departments within the company to lead unified business promotion.
・As necessary, organize new teams, recruit and train members.
Other duties:
・Participate in industry events and international conferences, and understand the latest technology and market trends.
・Optimize and improve business through setting various KPIs and progress management.

Leadership/management: Experience in demonstrating leadership across multiple departments and project teams

Basic work location: Based in Japan (however, remote work from overseas can also be considered)
