同ポジションは、データセンターを対象とした再生可能エネルギー・脱炭素サービスの
新規事業開発において、以下の業務を担当していただきます。
マーケット理解と戦略立案:
・データセンター利用企業の動向やニーズ、電力や環境に関する課題の調査分析
・業界内のペインポイントを把握し、経済的に実現可能なビジネスモデルの構築および改善
アライアンス構築:
・戦略的パートナー(技術提供企業、エネルギー供給企業、システムインテグレーターなど)との提携交渉・構築
・社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、複数の部門を横断するプロジェクト推進体制を確立
ビジネスモデルおよび事業計画の策定・実行:
・サービス提供に向けた事業計画、収益モデル、費用構造の策定
・パイロットプロジェクトの立ち上げ、フィードバックを基にした事業計画のブラッシュアップおよびスケールアップ推進
部門横断型リーダーシップ:
・社内の関連部署と戦略的連携を図り、統一された事業推進をリード
・必要に応じて、新規チームの組織構築、メンバー採用および育成を実施
その他の業務:
・業界イベントや国際会議への参加、最新技術・市場動向の把握
・各種KPIの設定および進捗管理を通じた事業の最適化と改善

To expand business
[Job Description]
This position will be responsible for the following tasks in the development of new businesses for renewable energy and decarbonization services for data centers.
Market understanding and strategy planning:
- Research and analysis of trends and needs of data center users, and issues related to electricity and the environment
- Identifying pain points within the industry and building and improving economically feasible business models
Alliance building:
- Negotiating and building partnerships with strategic partners (technology providers, energy suppliers, system integrators, etc.)
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to establish a project promotion system that crosses multiple departments
Business model and business plan formulation and execution:
- Formulating business plans, revenue models, and cost structures for service provision
- Launching pilot projects , and promote the brushing up and scaling up of business plans based on feedback.
Cross-departmental leadership:
・Strategically collaborate with related departments within the company to lead unified business promotion.
・As necessary, organize new teams, recruit and train members.
Other duties:
・Participate in industry events and international conferences, and understand the latest technology and market trends.
・Optimize and improve business through setting various KPIs and progress management.

データセンターをヘビーに利用する企業やデータセンターサービス事業において、
電力ニーズや運用上の課題に関する深い理解と実務経験があること
大規模事業開発の実績:新規事業の企画、立ち上げ、推進に関する実績戦略立案やパートナーシップ構築、ビジネスモデル設計など、マーケット理解に基づいた事業開発の経験
リーダーシップ・マネジメント:複数部門やプロジェクトチームを横断してリーダーシップを発揮した経験
戦略的視点から事業全体を俯瞰し、チームビルディングや組織運営ができること
コミュニケーション能力:
業務遂行に必要な英語でのコミュニケーションが可能であること(日本語でのコミュニケーションができれば尚可)

Deep understanding and practical experience of power needs and operational issues in companies and data center service businesses that use data centers heavily
Proven track record in large-scale business development: Proven track record in planning, launching, and promoting new businesses Experience in business development based on market understanding, such as strategy planning, partnership building, and business model design
Leadership/management: Experience in demonstrating leadership across multiple departments and project teams
Ability to view the entire business from a strategic perspective and be able to build teams and manage organizations
Communication skills:
Ability to communicate in English to carry out work (Japanese communication is preferred)
