They are a synthetic biology startup founded in 2017 at the Kobe University Graduate School of Science, Technology and Innovation. They provide artificial gene synthesis and DNA library construction services using their proprietary DNA synthesis technologies OGAB® and Combinatorial-OGAB™ (Combi-OGAB®), as well as the design, development and analysis of gene therapy products such as viral vectors as a biofoundry specializing in gene therapy, the Gene Therapy Biofoundry®. |

【経験・スキル】
・日常会話レベルの日本語力(N3相当)
・配列解析に精通した研究者(合成生物学に精通していると尚良い。)
以下のいずれかの経験・スキルを有することが望ましい。
・大量ゲノムデータの解析
・機械学習のプログラム開発
・Python, Ruby, Java Scriptを用いたプログラム開発(グラフィクスによるビジュアルプログラミングができること)
・Python, Ruby, Rなどを用いたデータ解析経験(3年以上)
[Experience/Skills]
- Conversational level Japanese (equivalent to N3)
- Researcher familiar with sequence analysis (familiarity with synthetic biology would be preferable)
It is preferable to have any of the following experience/skills:
- Analysis of large amounts of genome data
- Machine learning program development
- Program development using Python, Ruby, Java Script (able to perform visual programming using graphics)
- Experience in data analysis using Python, Ruby, R, etc. (3 years or more) |
