仕事内容Job description ■Recruitment background
Their company provides "ScanX", a 3D data utilization product aimed at improving productivity in the construction industry. With the opportunity of joining the ZENRIN Group, their business has entered a growth phase. They have started recruiting sales members who will be responsible for building their own sales organization from scratch together with the sales manager.
You will play an important role in promoting their own sales, getting direct feedback from users, and developing better products.

■Work style
They are made up of a diverse team of excellent members from Japan, Indonesia, Germany, and the Philippines, and has realized a collaborative, innovative, and flexible way of working. Although overseas members mainly work remotely, they also value opportunities for face-to-face interaction, such as holding "Global Offsite" several times a year and providing a subsidy system for visiting overseas members. We encourage people living in Japan to come to the office.
Daily communication is a global environment where English and Japanese are exchanged through Slack and meetings. However, since many of our members are able to interpret, even if you only have Japanese skills, you can work without any problems.

■Expected work content
- General sales activities for our company's sales (from setting appointments to receiving orders)
- Providing feedback to the product team
- CRM management, document management, and sales management using HubSpot, Notion, and Google Spreadsheets
- Developing sales strategies and measures together with the sales manager

- 3+ years of experience in corporate sales
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Driver's license (due to frequent business trips across the country)
