仕事内容Job description *This position is available only for people residing in Japan

[Job Description]
You will support administrative operations in the international business division, which consists of a diverse, multinational team. In addition to general office tasks, you will have opportunities to develop skills in translation, interpretation, and legal matters across different countries.

Main Responsibilities:
• Client communication via email and online tools
• Preparing and checking various internal documents such as statements and invoices
• Translating reports and related materials
• General administrative duties
• Maintenance and management of overseas subsidiaries

Once you’re settled into the role, you may also be involved in:
• Handling procedures related to establishing overseas subsidiaries
• Legal compliance tailored to each country
応募資格Requirement [Requirements]

[MUST]
・Experience in administrative roles at a Japanese company within Japan
・Business level English and Japanese (N1) communication skills (emails, meetings, etc.)
(Note: Practical business communication skills and experiences are emphasized over academic proficiency)
・Proficiency in creating documents using Word and Excel
・Experience using remote tools and email systems in a business environment

[Preferred]
・Strong understanding of payment/financial system logic (experience in requirement definition is a plus)
・Ability to read legal documents in English (experience preferred)
・Experience in trade administration
・Previous experience at a payment service company

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
•Flexible start time between 9:00–10:00 (8-hour workday)
Remote Work: Available 2–3 times per week
Holidays:
•Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), national holidays
