【ビジネスの要であるジュエリーバイヤーとして、商品の査定・買取や仕入れをお任せします】
▼新規のお客様(主に法人)へ電話や訪問でアプローチ
∟法人を取引先とし、既存のお客様を定期訪問することはもちろんテレアポや飛び込みなどで新規開拓を行います。
▼在庫を確認・訪問し、その場で査定
∟お客様から商品をお預かりし、宝石の種類や品番、キズや状態などを確認の上、買取価格を提示。
▼商品管理・事務業務
見積書・報告書など仕入れに伴う書類作成、買取した商品の管理、販売に向けた関連部署への共有など管理に伴う各種対応をします。
★新規と既存の割合は5:5。新規開拓と並行して担当エリアの既存顧客への定期訪問を行います。
お話を聞いていただける確率は8割以上にのぼります。(訪問から仕入までは6割の成功率です)
目利きスキルにご信頼をいただき、お任せいただくケースが多いです。
★ジュエリーの目利きができる営業は、顧客となるジュエリー取り扱い店舗からしても貴重な人材。
当社では自社に工房と鑑別機関も擁しており、信頼いただける目利きスキルを磨くための環境が整っています。
[As a jewelry buyer, which is the core of the business, you will be in charge of product appraisal, purchase, and procurement]
▼Approach new customers (mainly corporations) by phone or visit
∟As a business partner, they will not only visit existing customers regularly, but also develop new customers through telemarketing and cold calling.
▼Check inventory, visit, and appraise on the spot
∟Receive products from customers, check the type of jewelry, product number, scratches, condition, etc., and present a purchase price.
▼Product management and administrative work
They will handle various management-related issues, such as creating documents related to procurement such as quotations and reports, managing purchased products, and sharing them with related departments for sales.
★The ratio of new and existing customers is 5:5. In parallel with new development, they will make regular visits to existing customers in our assigned area.
The probability that they will listen to your story is over 80%. (The success rate from visit to procurement is 60%.)
In many cases, customers trust our discerning skills and leave us to do our job.
★Salespeople who can discern jewelry are valuable assets for the jewelry stores that are our customers.
They have our own in-house workshop and appraisal institute, providing an environment in which you can hone your trustworthy appraisal skills. |
