In the future, you will play an active role as a person who will lead the industry transformation and the solution of social issues using technology.

[Detail of the work]
* First, you will learn how to propose AI solutions in depth and promote PJ in the industry we are focusing on.
After that, we would like to entrust you with a wide range of tasks according to your wishes and abilities.

When you first join the company, you will be in charge of one to several companies, and will work to materialize customer needs while communicating with our Co-CEO and AI researchers several times a week.

・Business development and consulting services for clients
・ Extraction of solvable technical issues using AI based on social and market needs, consideration of solutions, and proposal activities to customers
・Develop and promote a business model focused on growth and profitability, including partner strategy
・Insight and evaluation of the industry, regular communication with management and internal stakeholders, and exploration, business development, and promotion of new business opportunities

Many of the companies that seek AI products are top-class companies and major listed companies in various industries that have a great interest in improving operational efficiency. It is a job where you can feel the satisfaction of creating a large-scale business with a budget of several hundred million yen with your own hands. The fun of "creating" products. We do not have “ready-made products”. We will identify and materialize the needs of each client, provide consulting on how AI can be useful there, and involve internal and external stakeholders to create individual AI products for each company.

①More than 3 years of experience as a sales or consultant at an SIer or consulting company (no target industry)
(2) More than 3 years of experience in business planning, management planning, and DX promotion at an operating company (no target industry)
③ Language: Japanese (native level)
④ No coding skills required, humanities are also welcome

・Consulting experience and sales experience (account manager) for the logistics and manufacturing industries
・Consulting experience and sales experience for large companies (account manager)

条件・待遇Condition Salary revision: Twice a year

Working hours: Flextime system (core time 11: 00-16: 00)
* Basic working hours 9:00 to 18:00 (prescribed working hours 8 hours, break 60 minutes)
