They are a startup founded by a founder who has worked in startups in France, Silicon Valley, and Israel. We develop and sell SaaS that uses AI and other technologies to analyze 3D data on the cloud. Our own platform service that processes 3D point cloud data on the cloud has analyzed over 10,000 construction sites both in Japan and overseas in the year and a half since its release, and is used by users not only throughout Japan but also around the world.
And on April 1, 2024, we joined the group company through M&A with Zenrin Co., Ltd. This is a new phase that combines the speedy culture of a startup with the economic stability of a large company. |

■ワークスタイル
弊社は、日本、インドネシア、ドイツ、フィリピンから集まった多様で優れたメンバーによるチームで構成され、協力的かつ革新的で柔軟な働き方を実現しています。海外のメンバーは主にリモートで働いていますが、年に数回「Global Offsite」を開催し、海外メンバーに会いに行くための補助制度を提供するなど、対面での交流機会も大切にしています。日本在住の方にはオフィスへの出社を推奨しています。
日々のコミュニケーションは、Slackや会議で英語と日本語が行き交うグローバルな環境です。ただし、通訳ができるメンバーが多いため、日本語のみのスキルでも問題なく働くことができます。
基本的にリモート勤務なので、地方在住の方からの応募も大歓迎です。
※時々出社いただくことがあります。
■想定の業務内容
・新サービスの要件に基づき、フロントエンド・バックエンドを実装
・デザイナーが作成した画面デザインをもとに開発を担当
・モダンな技術を活用したシステム設計・開発(例: React.js, Laravel, AWS)
・パフォーマンス・スケーラビリティを考慮した構築
・プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナーと連携しながら開発を推進
・CI/CDの活用やコードレビューを通じた品質向上
・ユーザーフィードバックをもとに機能改善・追加開発

■Work style
They are made up of a diverse team of excellent members from Japan, Indonesia, Germany, and the Philippines, and they have realized a cooperative, innovative, and flexible way of working. Although overseas members mainly work remotely, they also value face-to-face opportunities, such as holding "Global Offsites" several times a year and providing a subsidy system for visiting overseas members. They encourage those living in Japan to come to the office.
Daily communication is a global environment where English and Japanese are used in Slack and meetings. However, since many members can interpret, you can work without any problems even if you only have Japanese skills.
※Basically this position is remote position, but they ask you to work on site sometimes.
■Expected work content
-Implement front-end and back-end based on the requirements for new services
-Develop based on screen designs created by designers
-System design and development using modern technologies (e.g. React.js, Laravel, AWS)
-Construction with performance and scalability in mind
-Promoting development in collaboration with product managers and designers
-Improving quality through the use of CI/CD and code reviews
-Improve and develop features based on user feedback

▼必須要件
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・システムエンジニアとしての3年以上の経験と実績
・要件定義から詳細設計までの経験があること。
・独力でFrontend、Backend、インフラ構築の設計開発からリリースまでができるレベルの経験と実績があること
・React.js, PHP, Laravel, AWS, MySQL, API, Dockerを使った開発経験があること。
・スプリント管理のアジャイル開発に対応できること
・現地ユーザーリサーチ対応可能な日本語力
▼歓迎要件
・SaaS製品のWebサービスの開発リーダー経験がある方
・不動産業界向けのサービスを開発し、不動産業界にある程度の知識がある方
・デジタル製品を通じて特定の産業分野(不動産)の課題解決に熱意がある方
・異文化コミュニケーションに対応できる適応力
▼Requirements
・Business-level Japanese language skills (Around N2)
・Over 3 years of experience and track record as a systems engineer
・Experience from requirements definition to detailed design.
・Experience and track record to be able to independently design, develop, and release frontend, backend, and infrastructure construction
・Development experience using React.js, PHP, Laravel, AWS, MySQL, API, Docker.
・Ability to handle agile development with sprint management
・Japanese language skills sufficient to handle local user research
▼ Prefferd requirements
・Experience leading the development of web services for SaaS products
・Develop services for the real estate industry and have some knowledge of the real estate industry
・Passionate about solving problems in a specific industry (real estate) through digital products
・Ability to adapt to cross-cultural communication |
