私たちLabBaseは、研究領域「LabTech」で複数のサービスを展開するスタートアップ企業です。

【Who we are】
LabBase is a start-up providing a range of services in the "LabTech" research area. Our purpose is "Empowering Research to Empower Humanity." We aim to create a society where researchers can play more active roles by addressing the issues that still exist in the research departments of universities, governments, and companies.
With a team of highly motivated colleagues, LabBase continues to pursue unprecedented goals. Let's move forward together to tackle this enormous challenge!
【Our products】
We have released several products in the research field, including our main product, "LabBase Shushoku(LabBase 就職)" - a service for newly graduated science students, "LabBase Tenshoku(LabBase 転職)" - a mid-career recruitment service, and "LabBase Kenkyushitsu Search(LabBase 研究室サーチ)" - a laboratory search service connecting researchers with laboratories. Our services are also utilized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), which highlights the exciting potential and solid management foundation of our offerings.

デザインの観点から、顧客やユーザーにとって価値ある体験を設計し、ユーザーの課題解決およびプロダクトの成長に貢献していただきます。

・自社プロダクト/サービスのUI/UXデザイン全般
・新機能や新サービスの情報設計・ビジュアルデザインのプロトタイピング
・デザインガイドの企画・制作
・機能の改善提案や施策の要求・要件定義への関与
・ユーザーとのコミュニケーション設計
・目標達成への戦略設計
・他部署との連携、コミュニケーション

■Job Description
From a design perspective, you will design valuable experiences for customers and users, and contribute to solving user problems and the growth of the product.
- Specific job description *You will be responsible for tasks according to your strengths and inclinations
・General UI/UX design of our own products/services
・Prototyping of information design and visual design for new functions and new services
・Planning and production of design guides
・Involvement in proposals for improving functions and requests for measures/requirements definition
・Designing communication with users
・Designing strategies to achieve goals
・Collaboration and communication with other departments

■Attractiveness of the position

 応募資格Requirement |
- プロダクトUI/UXデザイナーとして3年以上、またはそれに準ずる実績
- PoCなど仮設検証にともなうプロトタイピングの経験
- ポートフォリオの提出 (応募の際は必ずご提出ください)
- PdMやエンジニアとチームでの開発を行った経験
- More than 3 years of experience as a product UI/UX designer, or equivalent experience
- Experience with prototyping for hypothetical verification such as PoC
- Submit a portfolio (please submit when applying)
- Experience developing in a team with PdM or engineers |

Trial period: 3 months
Work location: Tokyo *Full-remote is available even for people residing in local cities
