【Job Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for addressing the complex issues in the research field and advancing various developments through LabBase's services. Our engineers are not limited to specific technologies but are expected to leverage the most appropriate technologies to tackle challenges.
- Building systems from a single service and platform perspective
- Understand the characteristics of the business and write code
- Quickly create products from hypotheses and drive PoC
- Make reasonable design proposals based on the project situation, and make decisions from a technical viewpoint, considering scalability
- Proposals and promotion of proactive improvement of technical debt
- Functional development using LLM.

【Required Qualifications】
- Experience with value validation and quick release of products
- Experience in all aspects of development, testing, and release
- Experience with public cloud services such as AWS and GCP
- Great Japanese skills to communicate with Japanese teams(approximately N2 or above)
【Desired Qualifications】
- Development experience using Rust, C/C++, GO, TypeScript, React
- Experience in building platforms consisting of multiple services
- Experience in understanding the latest technology trends and selecting the most appropriate technology
- Experience with architectures such as DDD, layered architecture, microservices, etc
- Management experience in leading multiple engineers and driving projects forward
- Experience in business automation and operational efficiency like CI/CD
- Experience as a researcher in information
