仕事内容Job description ■ Job Responsibilities
• Managing construction schedules
• Selecting and directing subcontractors
• Checking vehicles for material transport
• Managing documents and drawings
• Reviewing work procedures and materials
• Documenting project progress (using iPads)
• Filing photos and documentation
• Scheduling meetings and coordination
• Supporting drawing revisions using CAD

■ Training at Time of Hire
You will begin with about one month of hands-on training at our in-house technical center.
The training includes:
• Communication skills with site workers
• Basic construction knowledge
• Reading architectural drawings
• Surveying tools and techniques
• Business manners and professionalism
After training, you’ll receive 3 months of follow-up support from the Career Design Division, followed by ongoing support from your assigned office starting from the 4th month.
応募資格Requirement ■ Qualifications
[MUST] – No experience required!
• No restrictions on education, gender, or past job experience
• JLPT N3 or higher if Japanese is not your native language
[WANT]
• Type 1 driver’s license (ordinary vehicle) is a plus

• Probation Period: 2 months
• Salary: From ¥205,000/month base salary + Bonus twice a year (4 months’ worth paid last year)
o Full overtime pay calculated per minute
o Training attendance required
• Raise: Once per year (after 1 year of employment, effective July 1)
• Average Monthly Income (Year 1): ¥290,472
• Estimated First-Year Annual Income: Over ¥3.6 million
• Days Off: Full 2-day weekends (Saturday & Sunday) + national holidays
• Leave: Summer, New Year’s holidays, and other leaves available
• Overtime: Yes (paid per minute)
• Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors
