中国コスメがSNSを中心に話題になっていますが、日本に輸入できるブランドはまだまだ限られています。そこで「海外トレンドをもっと身近にお届けしたい」との想いから当社を設立。輸入商社には珍しく、海外ブランドの日本限定パッケージ・限定色を自社で企画・デザインしている点が強みです。2022年9月には自社コスメブランドも立ち上げ、さらに2023年には新たなスキンケア&メイクアップブランドもローンチを行い事業拡大中です。

Chinese cosmetics are a hot topic, especially on social media, but there are still only a limited number of brands that can be imported to Japan. Therefore, we founded our company with the desire to "bring overseas trends closer to you." Unusually for an import trading company, our strength is that we plan and design Japan-exclusive packaging and limited colors for overseas brands in-house. In September 2022, we launched our own cosmetics brand, and in 2023, we will launch a new skincare and makeup brand, expanding our business. |

■EC事業部:全体5名、ECサイト運営は3名
※コスメ・化粧品が好きなメンバーが多く在籍しています

■年2～3の新規ブランド立ち上げを予定しており、ブランドごとの商品展開ペースも平均的なブランドの倍以上。それに伴い、ECサイト運営として様々なブランドを扱うことが可能です。

■職場環境について
(1) 働きやすさが抜群です
残業は月平均20時間程度で、毎日の業務の残業は最長でも2時間まで。それ以上の残業をする場合は、必ず理由を申請して許可を得る必要があります。会社として長時間労働は推奨しておらず、いかに短い時間で高い成果を出すかを一緒に考えて実施していきます。

■About the work environment
(1) It is an extremely easy place to work
Overtime is about 20 hours a month on average, and daily overtime is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. If you work more than that, you must apply for a reason and get permission. As a company, we do not encourage long working hours, and we will work together to think about how to achieve high results in the shortest possible time.
(2) We have a system in place to evaluate your efforts
