■職務内容
・大手自動車部品メーカーが取り組む「世界中の工場をIoT技術でつなぎ、プラットフォーム構築する」工場DXプロジェクトに携わります。
・生産設備の稼働状況や不適合データ等を検出してリアルタイム分析を実現させるなど、IT関連のシステム検討、設計、開発、管理などを担当いただきます。
・プロジェクト規模が大きく、将来展望もあり、非常にやりがいのある業務です。
・業界未経験の方でも業務を通して必要な知識がキャッチアップできるようフォローします。
■配属部署の特徴:
配属予定のソフトウェアGrは航空宇宙事業をメインに行う部署ではあるものの、自動車事業といった幅広い分野の業務にもチャレンジすることが可能です。国内トップメーカーの多様な分野のプロジェクトに携わる中で、高い専門スキルを習得できます。

Job Description:
Participate in the factory DX project of a major automotive parts manufacturer, aimed at "connecting factories worldwide with IoT technology and building a platform."
Take responsibility for IT-related system considerations, design, development, and management, including real-time analysis of production equipment operating status and non-conformance data.
The project is large-scale with future prospects, providing a highly rewarding and challenging role.
For individuals with no prior experience in the industry, support will be provided to help acquire the necessary knowledge through the work.
Department Characteristics: The software group, where the position is located, primarily works in the aerospace industry but also offers opportunities to challenge projects in various other fields such as the automotive industry. By engaging in diverse projects with top domestic manufacturers, high-level specialized skills can be acquired.

Required Qualifications:
Japanese proficiency of N2 or higher (Ability to read and write in Japanese at a general level)
Work experience using any of the following: Java, JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL, Oracle
Work experience with C or C++
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience in screen design
Practical experience in control programming
