本グループは、顧客取引拡大に向け新たなプロジェクトへの参画を目指し現在拡大中の組織です。その中でも主に製造業を行う民間企業向けのDX化やIT推進に関する案件
に注力をしており、アサインされた各PJTにてシステムエンジニアとしてご活躍いただきます。
<具体的には>
・大手自動車部品メーカーが取り組む「世界中の工場をIoT技術でつなぎ、プラットフォーム構築する」工場DXプロジェクトに携わります。
・生産設備の稼働状況や不適合データ等を検出してリアルタイム分析を実現させるなど、IT関連のシステム検討、設計、開発、管理などを担当いただきます。
・プロジェクト規模が大きく、将来展望もあり、非常にやりがいのある業務です。

Job Description:
This group is expanding as part of a strategy to increase customer transactions and aims to participate in new projects. They are focusing on DX (Digital Transformation) and IT promotion projects for private companies, particularly in the manufacturing industry. As part of this, you will be working as a system engineer on assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved in a factory DX project for a major automotive parts manufacturer, aiming to "connect factories around the world using IoT technology and build a platform."
You will be responsible for IT system analysis, design, development, and management, such as detecting production equipment operational status and non-conformance data to enable real-time analysis.
The projects are large-scale, have strong future prospects, and offer highly rewarding tasks.
Department Features:
The Digital Technology Group, to which you will be assigned, primarily focuses on aerospace business. However, you will also have opportunities to take on projects in various industries, including automotive. You will gain advanced skills by engaging in diverse projects with leading domestic manufacturers.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにてプロジェクト管理の実務経験あり
・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにて3名以上のチームを取りまとめた経験あり
■歓迎条件:
・管理職としての実務経験あり
・基本情報技術者試験
※主な開発環境
C#、JavaScript、C、.NET Framework、Oracle、PostgleSQLなど
Required Qualifications:
Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher (ability to read and write at a basic level in Japanese).
Practical experience in project management within software development projects.
Experience leading a team of 3 or more members in a software development project.
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience as a manager.
Basic Information Technology Engineer Examination certification.
Main Development Environments: C#, JavaScript, C, .NET Framework, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc. |
