【生産準備エンジニア経験を生かして、更なるスキルアップへ/有休消化率87%・離職率4%】
■大手自動車メーカーにおいてボディー溶接工程設備の仕様検討および設備製作メーカーと日程調整やフォロー業務に携わって頂きます。
<具体的には>
・自動車の車体溶接設備の生産技術に携わります。(関わる溶接設備は車体を構成する板金部品全般)
・設備メーカーと工場側の作業者をマネジメントし、設備保障をする業務になります。
・稼働している溶接設備の新車種投入を成立するための検討、および改造計画と改造工事の対応や設備完成後の動作確認、設置対応を行います。
・販売前の車種を自身が検討した設備計画から製品が組み立てられる瞬間に立ち会える業務のため、とてもやりがいを感じられる仕事です。
■配属部署の特徴:
・Gr全体で約40名が所属し、今回の募集ポジションは12名のチームで構成されます。
・若手メンバーが多く活躍しており、明るくとても活気のある職場で困った事があった時にも気軽に相談がしやすい職場環境です。

Job Description:
You will be involved in the specification review of body welding process equipment and schedule coordination and follow-up tasks with equipment manufacturers for a major automobile manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
Engage in production technology related to automotive body welding equipment (the welding equipment involved is used for sheet metal parts that make up the vehicle body).
Manage equipment manufacturers and factory workers to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Plan and implement modifications for new car models being introduced into existing welding equipment, including modification planning, construction support, and operational checks after installation.
You will be part of the team that ensures the successful transition of the equipment plan you’ve developed, from production to the moment the product is assembled before it goes on sale, providing a highly rewarding experience. |
 応募資格Requirement |
■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・業界問わず工場内の生産準備業務経験者(工程は問いません) ※業務経験の目安:5年以上
・休日出勤、時差出勤対応が可能な方 ※休日出勤した分は代休にて消化
・社内外問わずコミュニケーションを取ることができる方
・問題を抱え込まず、主体的に周囲と協力して解決に向かおうとする行動力・推進力のある方
Required Qualifications:
Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher (able to read and write Japanese at a general level)
Experience in production preparation work in a factory, regardless of industry (No restrictions on processes). Estimated experience: 5+ years.
Ability to work on holidays and handle flexible working hours. Holiday work will be compensated with time off.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties.
Proactive and motivated to solve problems and collaborate with others to resolve issues. |
