【生産準備エンジニア経験を生かして、更なるスキルアップへ/有休消化率87%・離職率4%】
■大手自動車メーカーにおいてボディー溶接工程設備の仕様検討および設備製作メーカーと日程調整やフォロー業務に携わって頂きます。
<具体的には>
・自動車の車体溶接設備の生産技術に携わります。(関わる溶接設備は車体を構成する板金部品全般)
・設備メーカーと工場側の作業者をマネジメントし、設備保障をする業務になります。
・稼働している溶接設備の新車種投入を成立するための検討、および改造計画と改造工事の対応や設備完成後の動作確認、設置対応を行います。
・販売前の車種を自身が検討した設備計画から製品が組み立てられる瞬間に立ち会える業務のため、とてもやりがいを感じられる仕事です。
■配属部署の特徴:
・Gr全体で約40名が所属し、今回の募集ポジションは12名のチームで構成されます。
・若手メンバーが多く活躍しており、明るくとても活気のある職場で困った事があった時にも気軽に相談がしやすい職場環境です。

Job Description: You will be involved in the specification review of body welding equipment and coordinating schedules and follow-up tasks with equipment manufacturers for a major automobile manufacturer.
Specific Tasks:
Engage in production technology for automotive body welding equipment, focusing on sheet metal parts that make up the car body.
Manage equipment manufacturers and factory workers to ensure equipment functionality.
Consideration of new model introduction for welding equipment in operation, planning and handling modifications, and conducting operational checks and installation after the equipment is completed.
The role provides a rewarding experience as you will be involved from the planning phase of equipment to the moment the product is assembled before being released for sale.

The group has about 40 members, and the team for this position consists of 12 people.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・業界問わず工場内の生産準備業務経験者(工程は問いません) ※一般的な機械的知識の保有があれば尚可
・休日出勤、時差出勤対応が可能な方 ※休日出勤した分は代休にて消化
・社内外問わずコミュニケーションを取ることができる方
・問題を抱え込まず、主体的に周囲と協力して解決に向かおうとする行動力・推進力のある方
Required Qualifications:
JLPT N2 or higher (ability to read and write in Japanese at a basic level)
Experience in production preparation within a factory (regardless of the specific process) across any industry. General mechanical knowledge is preferred.
Able to work on holidays or handle flexible working hours (compensatory time off for holiday work)
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external parties
Proactive attitude with the ability to work with others to solve problems and drive solutions |
