■職務内容:
大手自動車メーカー関連の生産設備の制御設計・現地調整工事の業務に携わって頂きます。
<具体的には>
・自動化・省人化の課題に取り組む、先端技術を導入したモノづくりを実現するプロジェクトに携わります。
・盤設計・ハード設計・PLC設計・画面設計・サーボプログラム設計・ロボットプログラム設計など幅広い分野において設備制御の構想・設計・調整まで一貫した業務
に携われるため、スキルアップにも繋がり、やりがいのある仕事です。
・頻度はPJTやチームによって異なりますが、月に1-2回、1回あたり2-3日の出張が発生する可能性があります。※行き先は基本的に県内顧客

Job Description: You will be involved in the control design and on-site adjustment work for production equipment related to major automobile manufacturers.
Specific Responsibilities:
Participate in projects that tackle automation and labor-saving challenges, incorporating cutting-edge technologies for advanced manufacturing.
You will be engaged in various fields such as control panel design, hardware design, PLC design, screen design, servo program design, and robot program design. You will handle tasks ranging from the conceptualization, design, to adjustment of equipment control, which will allow for skill development and provide rewarding work.
Depending on the project or team, there may be 1-2 business trips per month, each lasting 2-3 days. Trips are typically within the prefecture to client sites.

The team is made up of many young members in their 20s and 30s, creating a dynamic and communicative work environment.
You will receive training and qualification support through on-the-job training (OJT), so you can join the company with confidence.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・何かしらの設備制御業務に携わった事がある方。
・普通免許及び自家用車必須 (メーカー不問) ※愛知県豊田市に車通勤が可能な方
■歓迎条件:
・PLCソフト設計のご経験
・現場管理(作業責任者)の実務経験がある方
・設備RA、制御カテゴリ、ISO規格などの知識がある方
・PLCの現地調整工事のご経験
[Required Qualifications]:
Japanese proficiency of N2 or above (ability to read and write basic Japanese)
Experience in some form of equipment control work
Valid driver's license and personal car required (manufacturer not specified) Must be able to commute by car to Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture
[Preferred Qualifications]:
Experience in PLC software design
Practical experience in on-site management (supervising work)
Knowledge of equipment RA, control categories, ISO standards, etc.
Experience in on-site adjustment work for PLCs |
