[System Engineer Experience to Further Skill Development / Paid Leave Utilization Rate 86%, Turnover Rate 4%]
You will be active as a system engineer in the factory DX project of a major automotive parts manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be involved in the Factory DX project, which connects factories worldwide using IoT technology and builds a platform. This project is large-scale, with significant future prospects, making it a highly rewarding role.
You will be responsible for developing systems that accumulate production data generated from equipment (PLC).
You will be involved in everything from requirement definition to system implementation, enabling you to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills.
Department Features:
After joining, you will receive training through On-the-Job Training (OJT), ensuring a smooth transition.
You will be able to work independently by gathering client requirements, defining specifications, and implementing systems from start to finish.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・C#、VB、MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQLのいずれか一つのスキルを使った業務経験(目安5年以上)
■歓迎条件:
・C、C++、Java、JavaScript、HTMLのいずれか一つの業務経験
・2名以上のマネジメント経験
・基本情報技術者試験
[Required Qualifications]:
Japanese proficiency of N2 or above (ability to read and write basic Japanese)
At least 5 years of experience using one of the following skills: C#, VB, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
[Preferred Qualifications]:
Experience with one of the following: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML
Experience managing a team of two or more people
