■大手自動車メーカー(トヨタ自動車)の国内、海外車両工場における組み立て生産準備業務、工法開発業務に携わって頂きます。
<具体的には>
・大手自動車メーカーのEV車用電池生産ライン、市販レースモデル車両等の新車種生産プロジェクトに携わります。
・開発車両への構造提案から生産工程検討、設備・治工具仕様作成と現場へ導入するまでの安全・品質確認を実施し、安定稼働させるための準備業務を担当いただきま
す。
・日程や予算管理を実施しながら、関係部署との調整し、プロジェクトを成功に導くために取引先である大手自動車メーカーや関係会社と協力し対応します。

Production Preparation Engineer Experience for Skill Enhancement / Annual Leave Usage Rate 86%, Attrition Rate 4%
Job Description:
You will be involved in vehicle assembly production preparation and process development work at domestic and overseas vehicle factories of a major automobile manufacturer (Toyota).
Specifically:
You will be involved in production projects for new vehicle models, such as EV battery production lines for electric vehicles and commercial race model vehicles.
You will handle safety and quality checks from the structural proposal for the development vehicle to production process planning, equipment/tool specifications, and on-site implementation to ensure stable operation.
You will manage schedules and budgets, coordinating with relevant departments to lead the project to success, working in cooperation with the major automobile manufacturer and related companies.
Department Characteristics:
Projects are not carried out alone, but as a team (2-3 members per team), allowing you to enhance your specialized skills in a supportive environment, even if you are inexperienced.
You will be involved in production preparation for the latest vehicles that have not yet been released to the public, including vehicles related to GR racing models.
The role is highly rewarding as you will be involved in seeing your designed tools and equipment in operation at the manufacturing site, as well as being present during the vehicle production process.

 応募資格Requirement |
■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・業界問わず工場内の生産準備業務経験者(2年以上の業務経験) ※一般的な機械的知識の保有があれば尚可
・普通自動車免許(自家用車必須:メーカー不問)
■歓迎条件:
・小規模PJTマネジメント経験がある方( 2名程度の管理経験がある方)
・3次元CAD利用技術者資格保有者( 準1級程度、又は実務経験2年以上 )
・2次元CAD利用技術者資格保有者( 2級、又は実務経験2年以上)
Required Qualifications:
Japanese proficiency of JLPT N2 or above (able to read and write basic Japanese).
Experience in production preparation tasks within a factory (2+ years of experience). General mechanical knowledge is preferred.
A valid driver's license (personal car required; car brand does not matter).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing small projects (management experience of 2 people or so).
Holder of a 3D CAD technician qualification (Level 2 or above, or 2+ years of practical experience).
Holder of a 2D CAD technician qualification (Level 2 or above, or 2+ years of practical experience). |
