■職務内容:大手自動車部品メーカーの生産準備業務(生産ライン検討、導入、維持向上)
・大手自動車部品メーカーの「生産ライン計画から導入、導入後の品質や生産性の維持・向上を担う」プロジェクトに携わります。
・生産ラインの工程計画から導入や改善など、メカトロニクスに関わる技術を提供し、安定した稼動と生産性のよいライン立上げ・支援を担当いただきます。

Job Description: You will be involved in production preparation tasks at a major automotive parts manufacturer, including production line planning, implementation, and improvement.
You will be involved in projects related to the "planning, implementation, and maintenance/improvement of the production line" at a major automotive parts manufacturer.
You will provide technologies related to mechatronics for production line process planning, implementation, and improvements, helping establish stable operations and productive line setups.
Department Characteristics:
About half of the team members are in their 20s, so the workplace environment is lively and communicative.
You will have the opportunity to acquire both production engineering and mechatronics skills, providing an environment where you can further develop as a production preparation engineer.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・業界問わず、量産製品製造ラインの立ち上げ(日程管理・品質向上・改善)業務経験3～5年以上ある方
・機械要素、電気、制御、情報のいずれかの専門的技術を有する方
■歓迎条件:
・PLCラダー回路を読み解く事が出来る、もしくはロボット教示経験のある方
・統計的品質管理手法(SQC)を使用した業務に精通されている方
・2名以上のマネジメント経験がある方
Required Qualifications:
・Japanese proficiency of N2 or higher (ability to read and write Japanese to a reasonable level).
・3 to 5 years of experience in the setup of mass production product manufacturing lines (including schedule management, quality improvement, and enhancements) in any industry.
・Specialized technical knowledge in one of the following areas: mechanical elements, electrical, control, or information technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
・Ability to interpret PLC ladder diagrams or experience in robot teaching.
・Proficiency in statistical quality control (SQC) methods.
・Experience in managing a team of two or more individuals. |
