 仕事内容Job description |
クライアントのデータ基盤の構築、運用プロジェクトのディレクション～実装、運用などを担当していただきます。
【具体的には】
・クライアントのデータ基盤初期構築プロジェクトにおける要件定義、テクニカルディレクション業務
・クライアントのデータ基盤の実装・運用業務(データクレンジング、集計設計・実装、etc)
・分析用ダッシュボード(BI)構築業務
・分析指標やセグメント視点などを含むデータ基盤の活用提案(機械学習含む)
・メンバーへのスキルアップなど育成業務
・設計レビュー
など、これまでのご経験に応じてお任せします。
クライアントの課題に対して、マーケティング的な視点から「どんなデータが必要か」をロジカルに考え、設計・実装のディレクションをしていただきます。
クライアントのざっくりした要望から本質を読み取り、コミュニケーションを重ねていける力も必要です。
プロジェクト毎にマネージャーもおりますので、フォロー体制もしっかりあります。

*This position is available only for people residing in Japan
You will be responsible for building the client's data infrastructure, directing, implementing, and operating the operation project.
[Specifically]
- Requirements definition and technical direction for the client's initial data infrastructure construction project
- Implementation and operation of the client's data infrastructure (data cleansing, aggregation design and implementation, etc.)
- Analytical dashboard (BI) construction
- Proposal for utilizing the data infrastructure including analytical indicators and segment perspectives (including machine learning)
- Training work such as improving the skills of members
- Design review
Depending on your previous experience, you will be tasked with the following.
You will logically consider "what kind of data is needed" from a marketing perspective to address the client's issues, and direct the design and implementation.
You will also need the ability to read the essence of the client's rough requests and communicate with them.
There will be a manager for each project, so there will be a solid follow-up system.

【必須要件】
・テクニカルディレクションの経験がある方
・データエンジニア経験3年以上
・日本語力:ビジネス以上
【歓迎要件】
・アドテクノロジーの仕組み/統計分析の知識がある方
・AWS/GCPのスキル(データ系サービスの使用経験)がある方
・分析系機械学習活用経験(1年以上)がある方
・クラウド分析基盤構築の経験、WEB系SEの経験(3年以上)がある方
・クライアントとの要件定義を主導した経験がある方
・デジタルマーケティングの経験/知識のある方
・BI、ダッシュボードの設計・実装経験

・Experience in technical direction
・Over 3 years of experience as a data engineer
・ Japanese ability: Business level or above
[Preferred requirements]
・Knowledge of ad technology mechanisms/statistical analysis
・AWS/GCP skills (experience using data services)
・Experience using analytical machine learning (over 1 year)
・Experience building cloud analysis infrastructure, experience as a web system engineer (over 3 years)
・Experience leading requirements definition with clients
・Experience/knowledge of digital marketing
・Experience designing and implementing BI and dashboards |
