■職務内容:大手自動車メーカー関連 製品・工程のCAE解析業務
・大手自動車メーカー内にて、デジタルツインのシミュレーションの一環として各種CAE解析業務に携わります。
・ハイブリッド車や電気自動車の部品試作段階で、治具や製品の剛性・成形解析、樹脂の流動解析をはじめとし、熱流体、磁場、形状最適化等の各種CAE解析の一部を担
当いただきます。

Job Description: CAE analysis work for products and processes related to major automotive manufacturers.
You will be involved in various CAE analysis tasks as part of the digital twin simulation within a major automotive manufacturer.
You will handle tasks such as jig and product rigidity and molding analysis, resin flow analysis, and various other CAE analyses, including thermal fluid, magnetic fields, and shape optimization, especially during the prototype phase of hybrid and electric vehicle parts.

The department uses multiple CAE software tools, providing an environment where you can gain a wide range of knowledge and experience, which leads to skill development.
The work environment is close to the actual production site, making it possible to compare simulations with real-world products.

■必須条件:
・N2以上の日本語力(日本語でだいたいの読み書きできること)
・静的構造・振動・熱・流体・流動・樹脂成形・電磁場などの内、1～2分野以上で、仮説から考察までのプロセスを担う業務経験3～5年以上≠作業者(手順書に沿って、補助のみの経験)は不要
■歓迎条件:
・ICAD/SX、CATIAのCAD操作経験
・HyperMesh、Simlabの操作経験
・LS-DYNA・ANSYS/Fluent・JMAG・ABAQUSの実務経験
Required Qualifications:
Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher (ability to read and write basic Japanese).
3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: static structure, vibration, thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, flow analysis, resin molding, or electromagnetic fields, with responsibilities ranging from hypothesis development to analysis (not just working as an operator following a manual).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CAD software such as ICAD/SX or CATIA.
Experience with HyperMesh or Simlab.
Practical experience with LS-DYNA, ANSYS/Fluent, JMAG, or ABAQUS. |
