仕事内容Job description Summary:
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join their dynamic team.
As a smart project member, you will play a crucial role in complex development projects across your global Infrastructure team. You will be leading and motivating cross-functional groups, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP using Terraform, with the flexibility to support AWS as needed.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments, with a focus on EKS and GKE, including regular upgrades and improvements to workload deployment and cluster reliability.
- Proactively identify infrastructure issues, propose actionable solutions, and implement structured plans to resolve them efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls to protect infrastructure and application integrity.
- Conduct regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration testing, to identify and address potential risks and gaps.
- Leverage industry experience to enhance infrastructure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, continuously improving processes and technology practices.
- Ensure our technology stack remains modern and well-maintained, supporting ongoing innovation and performance.

応募資格Requirement Required Skills/Experiences:
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP using Terraform.
- 1+ years of production experience with Kubernetes, including managing and deploying workloads in clusters.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and practical experience applying automation and security best practices to infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Strong grasp of security best practices, industry standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-based development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Desired Skills/Experiences:
- 3+ years experience with both GCP and/or AWS.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and other CI/CD tools like ArgoCD.
- Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or security auditing and PCIDSS.
- Familiarity with infrastructure reliability and scalability patterns.

条件・待遇Condition Employment: Full-time employee

Probationary period: 3 months *There will be no change in salary and treatment during this period.

Salary: 5-8 million yen

Salary will be determined in consideration of experience and ability in accordance with our company's regulations.
The above amount includes 40 hours of estimated overtime. Additional payment will be made for overtime work in excess of 40 hours.

Monthly salary: 400,000 yen - 600,000 yen
(Base salary of 306,000yen - 459,000yen - including fixed overtime of 94,000yen - 141,000yen or more per month)

Salary revision: Once a year
*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated.

Employment Hours:
10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
Average over time at work: 20 hours/month

Work location: Tokyo
Remote work: Available
