 仕事内容Job description |
国内海外の大手クライアントやブランドのマーケティング戦略の立案からPR実施運営までを手がけていただきます。
・マーケティング・コミュニケーション戦略企画立案および実施
・プロジェクト運営、チームマネジメント
・クライアントの広報宣伝支援やPR部門に対するコンサルティング業務
・メディアプロモート など
▼イベントの企画・運営
・オフライン施策の一つとして、自社主催のイベントでのサンプリングやインフルエンサーマーケティングなど
・イベント部署との連携、ディレクション
▼オンラインプロモーション
・SNSアカウントの育成、投稿内容の企画・制作
・タレントタイアップ等の撮影、ディレクション
・LP制作ディレクション(ワイヤー制作やデザイン業務のディレクション)
・数値分析と戦略立案

会社では全員営業を掲げており、デザイナーで採用となった場合でも、イベント担当、マーケティング担当として採用となった場合でも営業を兼任していただきます。
ですのでコミュニケーション能力を必須として、その他ご担当いただく業務は面接時にご本人のご希望をお伺いしながら決定させて頂きます。
【Job Description】
You will be involved in everything from planning to execution of marketing strategies and PR operations for both domestic and international major clients and brands.
-Planning and execution of marketing and communication strategies
-Project management and team leadership
-PR consulting and promotional support for clients and their PR departments
-Media promotion, etc.
▼Event Planning and Operation
-Offline promotions such as sampling and influencer marketing through in-house events
-Collaboration and direction with the event department
▼Online Promotion
-Management and development of social media accounts, planning and creating content
-Direction and shooting of talent tie-up promotions
-Landing page production direction (wireframes and design supervision)
-Data analysis and strategy development |

【Conditions and Benefits】
• Trial Period: 6 months (employment as a contract worker during this period)
• Annual Salary: ¥3.8 million – ¥10 million
• Example Salaries:
o Marketing Director Assistant (age 26): ¥5 million
o Web Director (age 30): ¥7 million
o CSS Coder (age 24): ¥3.8 million
• Bonuses: Twice a year (based on individual and organizational performance)
• Salary Review: Once a year
• Holidays: Full 2-day weekends (Sat & Sun), national holidays
• Leave: Summer vacation, New Year holidays, and other types of leave
• Overtime: Yes (less than 5 hours per month on average)
