They have more than 10 AI engineers with diverse backgrounds, and they are looking for an engineering manager who can draw out their strengths and link them to business growth.

As a Tech Lead, you will first understand the current development process and systems, and then move on to people management while deepening mutual understanding with the team members.

[What you will be doing]
As an engineering manager, you will be specifically responsible for the following tasks:
- Management of each team member (mentoring and coaching through 1-on-1 meetings)
- Goal setting and evaluation
- Design and operation of systems
- Developing strategies for the engineering organization and aligning them with the business strategy and product roadmap
- Improvement of the organization's performance

応募資格Requirement [Requirements]
- Experience developing in teams of 3 or more
- Web application development experience (emphasis on general engineering skills rather than knowledge of specific languages or frameworks)
- Experience in requirements definition and system design
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of web technologies
- Experience writing test code
- N2 level or above (All internal communications, documents, and customer support will be in Japanese)

[Preferred requirements]
- Experience in server-side development using Node.js
- Experience in front-end development using Vue.js, React, etc.
- Experience operating services using cloud infrastructures such as Azure and AWS
- Knowledge and experience with microservice architecture
- Experience in Agile development (Scrum development, etc.)
- Experience in projects related to loT
- Skills related to image processing/image recognition/image analysis
- Skills related to deep learning/machine learning
- Business level of English
